Time Place & Existence Heritage walking tour through Hanoi’s vibrant Old Quarter, to observe traditional street houses (tube houses) and urban planning influenced by the city’s geography. Key Stop s: Hang Bac (silver street) to explore traditional jewelry making, Hang Gai for silk and textile designs. Evening Vietnamese Water puppet show, highlighting local design and craftsmanship in puppet creation and set design. Overnight stay at Hotel (L)

Visit – Explore the Bat Trang Ceramic Village,
Ceramics Workshop at Bat Trang Pottery Village: A hands-on workshop in Bat Trang, Hanoi’s famous pottery village. Students will get to experience creating their own ceramics while learning about traditional Vietnamese pottery techniques.
Visit the Hanoi Night Market to see a vibrant display of contemporary Vietnamese street fashion and local craft products. (B,L)

Van Phuc Silk Village/ Village de la Soie: renowned for its centuries-old silk weaving tradition. Explore silk cafés and boutiques, engage with master weavers to learn the delicate art of creating intricate silk patterns firsthand.
Paper-Making Workshop at Duong Lam Village: a village known for its bamboo paper production. Engagein a hands-on workshop where students learn the intricateprocess of paper design and creation.
Visit to the Green One UN House in Hanoi, a model of energy-efficient, eco-friendly design. Workshop on how architecture responds to Vietnam’s climate challenges. ( As per availability – can be changed to Lacquerware workshop by Artist Nguyen Tan Phat)
